Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

By accessing or using the kn4 platform, you agree to all provisions of these terms. These terms apply to content browsing, account registration, betting activities, and all payment-related transactions.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Use of kn4 by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Kn4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued platform use after changes implies automatic acceptance of the new terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Creation Requirements

Each user is allowed to create only one account.
Providing accurate and complete information during registration is mandatory.
Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
Kn4 may request additional information for identity verification.

Security & Passwords

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately to Content Support.
You are forbidden from allowing others to use your account.
Kn4 may temporarily suspend accounts upon detecting suspicious activity.

General User Responsibilities

By using kn4, you agree to comply with the following:

Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform is prohibited.
Do not attempt to manipulate the system using automated software or bots.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
Avoid any actions that disrupt normal platform operations.

Payment and Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on kn4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposit: Deposits are usually credited to your account balance within minutes after completion. Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (BDT 100).

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified by the payment method. Account verification may be required before withdrawal.

Fraud and Money Laundering: kn4 strictly prohibits money laundering or fraudulent transactions. Suspicious transactions will result in account suspension and notification to appropriate authorities.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability

Authorized & Prohibited Activities

Kn4 users can participate in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other authorized gaming activities. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Trying to gain bonuses or benefits by using multiple accounts.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors for unfair gain.
Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Spreading false information to mislead other users.

Liability Limitation

Kn4 provides betting and gaming services but holds no financial liability for users’ bet outcomes. kn4 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, internet issues, or failures of third-party services.

The platform is provided "as is." kn4 does not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose. Any disputes or complaints should be addressed directly through customer support.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Kn4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

In case of violation of any provision of these terms.
Upon detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
If any information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete.
If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
When the account holder requests closure themselves.

After account closure, verified balances will be refunded; however, balances may be confiscated if fraud is proven.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All kn4 platform content — including logos, design, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of kn4. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is forbidden. The platform may link third-party services or content for which kn4 is not responsible.

Applicable Law, Terms Changes & Contact

Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

Kn4 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notifications will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
